What We Need From You
To assess the opportunity against your business, please provide:
Company capability statement or written overview of core services
Relevant experience, past performance, certifications, and applicable NAICS codes
Target opportunity name, customer, solicitation number, or procurement link, if identified
Available solicitation documents, notices, amendments, or customer information
Geographic coverage, delivery capacity, preferred contract size, and prime or subcontractor preference
Growth objectives, known limitations, and the decision you need this assessment to support
If you have not identified a specific opportunity, provide your target customers, markets, and service areas so we can confirm an appropriate research scope. Blue Sky researches the agreed opportunity and market; you provide the company information needed to assess fit. We review your materials to confirm the research focus and identify missing inputs before development begins, subject to the scheduling conditions below.
Scheduling & Engagement
Scheduling depends on scope, complexity, required materials, and availability. Payment submits an engagement request; it does not reserve a start or delivery date. Work begins after Blue Sky’s written acceptance, scope confirmation, required payment, and receipt of necessary client materials. Start and delivery dates are confirmed following acceptance and scope validation.
Pricing & Engagement Terms
Final pricing depends on project scope, complexity, required source materials, delivery timelines, and the level of professional support requested. Full payment or the required deposit initiates an engagement request; it does not guarantee immediate availability or a specific delivery date.
All engagements are subject to Blue Sky’s written acceptance, scope confirmation, and available scheduling capacity. Additional services, expedited delivery, or revisions beyond the agreed scope require prior approval and may incur additional fees.
If Blue Sky cannot accept a prepaid engagement, it will refund any unearned amount. Blue Sky Enterprise Solutions’ Professional Services Terms govern all engagements.
