What We Need From You
Your pipeline is tailored to your company’s capabilities, delivery capacity, and growth objectives. Before research begins, Blue Sky requires a completed capability intake and relevant supporting materials, including:
Core services, differentiators, and preferred contract types
Capability statement or company overview, if available
Relevant project experience and past performance
Current certifications, socioeconomic status, and applicable NAICS codes
Staffing, equipment, geographic coverage, and delivery capacity
Target customers, preferred contract size, and growth priorities
Prime or subcontractor preferences, teaming needs, and limitations
Existing opportunities or pipeline records, if available
Desired planning horizon and update frequency, subject to the agreed scope
A formal capability statement is not required; a written overview and completed intake can serve as a starting point. Blue Sky reviews these materials with you to confirm the research focus and opportunity qualification criteria.
Pipeline development begins after we receive the required information and accept the engagement, subject to the scheduling conditions below. Recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of client-provided information. An existing opportunity list is not required.
Scheduling & Delivery
We schedule engagements based on current workload, project scope, complexity, and receipt of required client materials. Payment does not reserve a place in Blue Sky’s project queue or guarantee a specific start or delivery date.
Scheduling begins after Blue Sky accepts the engagement in writing, confirms the scope, receives the required payment, and obtains necessary client materials. We confirm anticipated start and delivery dates after acceptance and scope validation.
Pricing & Engagement Terms
Final pricing depends on project scope, complexity, required source materials, delivery timelines, and the level of professional support requested. Full payment or the required deposit initiates an engagement request; it does not guarantee immediate availability or a specific delivery date. All engagements are subject to Blue Sky’s written acceptance, scope confirmation, and available scheduling capacity. Additional services, expedited delivery, or revisions beyond the agreed scope require prior approval and may incur additional fees. If Blue Sky cannot accept a prepaid engagement, it will refund any unearned amount. Blue Sky Enterprise Solutions’ Professional Services Terms govern all engagements.
